uicons Pro License

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (the individual or company that purchased uicons) and Pascal Strasche ("Licensor", “uicons”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing uicons, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement and in our Terms of Service.

Grant of License

In exchange for your purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the uicons icon set and related digital assets (the “Assets”) as described below.

This license applies only to the Pro versions of uicons. For the Free version, please refer to the uicons Free License.

📦 What’s Included

This license covers any uicons product you’ve purchased, including:

• uicons Pro – the full bundle of all icon styles and weights (1,200 different symbols each with 16 different variants, amounting to 19,200 icons total)
• Any individual uicons set, such as:
  • uicons Round
  • uicons Sharp
  • uicons InkTrap
  • uicons Cyber
  • uicons Angled
  • uicons FluidPixel

These are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Assets” or “Icons”.

If you’ve purchased only an individual set, your license applies only to that set. If you’ve purchased uicons Pro, your license includes all styles and sets listed above.

✅ What You Can Do

With your uicons Pro license, you may:

• Use the icons in unlimited personal or commercial projects
• Create digital or physical products (e.g. websites, apps, logos, books, stickers, t-shirts, etc.)
• Use the icons for your own work or for client projects
• Store and use the icons with no expiration as long as you’re authorized under a valid license

You are also allowed to:

• Modify the icons (e.g., color, size, shape, file format)
• Animate the icons (as long as you don’t resell or distribute them)
• Publish the icons in your personal Figma library (not publicly accessible)
• Share icons as long as you are the owner of the appropriate plan:
  • with up to 5 people (uicons Pro Team)
  • with up to 20 people (uicons Pro Business)
  • with up to 50 people (uicons Pro Enterprise)

❌ What You Cannot Do

You are NOT allowed to:

• Share the icons, files, links, or account credentials with others
• Sell or distribute the icons on their own, even if edited or modified
• Include the icons in any project or product where they are the main or only element
• Create or distribute copies, imitations, or clones of uicons or its service
• Grant others permission to use, modify, resell, or embed the icons in their own projects (no sub-licensing)
• Use the icons to train artificial intelligence (AI) models or tools

✋ Usage Limits

You can include up to:

• 150 icons per unique project or end product
• 50 icons in any product intended for sale, such as:
  • UI kits, themes, templates, design systems, t-shirts, e-books, etc.

If you include uicons in a product for sale, you must:

• Provide visible credit to uicons with a link to https://www.uicons.com
• Clearly state in your product description or license that:
  • The icons remain the property of Pascal Strasche
  • They can only be used within the specific product you created

🔁 License Transfer (For Client Work)

If you create a project for a client and they want to keep using uicons (e.g. for further development), you have two options:

• The client purchases their own license, or
• You transfer your license by handing over the uicons account and payment method to the client

Once transferred, you must stop using uicons unless you buy a new license.

👥 Account Restrictions (Team & Enterprise Plans)

If you are:

• A Team member, you may only use the Assets as part of that team or within your organization

If you leave the team or organization:

• You must stop using the icons immediately
• You must delete all copies and logins to uicons

To keep using uicons independently, purchase a Pro Personal license.

⚖️ Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All Assets and Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied). We are not liable for any damages, losses, or problems resulting from your use of the Assets.

If you take legal action against us, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

🔄 Modifications to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the "Last Updated" date at the top.

We’re not required to notify you individually. You are responsible for reviewing the current version at:
https://www.uicons.com/legal/pro-license

Continued use of uicons means you accept any updated terms.

🛡️ Enforcement

If we believe you’ve broken this Agreement:

• We may terminate your license and block your access
• You must delete all copies of the Assets
• We may take legal action if necessary
• We will notify you via the email address provided at signup or purchase

📃 Other Terms

This License is subject to our Terms of Service, which are part of this agreement.

• Use more than 150 icons in a project
• Use more than 50 icons in a product you plan to sell
• Use the icons in a way not covered here
